Q1: What is MoreLogin❓

A: Morelogin is a professional and secure multi-account management tool, including the anti-detect browser and Cloud Phone, which provides an independent and secure profile for each account and offers efficient features to enhance the efficiency of multi-account operations. Our main features include:

  • Batch account management

  • Automatic setting of browser-independent fingerprints

  • Open multiple browser profiles independently

  • Support for synchronizer and API automation to improve efficiency

  • Team Management features, supporting multi-member collaboration

  • Support for mainstream proxy networks

Q2: What computer configuration is required to use the Morelogin?

A: RAM: Minimum 4GB recommended

Free disk space: minimum 2 GB

GPU: A valid GPU

Supported Systems: Windows 10, 64-bit system and over. MacOS12.6.1 system and over.

Q3: Can I try Morelogin before making a purchase?

A: Yes, you can register for the free version or contact MoreLogin customer support to request a trial package.

Q4: Can Morelogin only be used on computers?

A: Yes, Morelogin is a PC-based software that needs to be installed and used on the computer. It is not compatible with mobile devices. However, you can create mobile browser profiles or use cloud phones directly within Morelogin.

Q5: Can I empty the trash? Do deleted browser profiles count toward my subscription limit?

A: The Trash contains browser profiles deleted within the last 7 days. After 7 days, they are automatically cleared by the system. You can also manually empty the trash by permanently deleting profiles. Please note that permanently deleted profiles or those cleared after 7 days cannot be recovered.

Note: Profiles in the Trash do not count toward your subscription's profile limit.


About Creating Profile


Q1: What is a browser profile?

A: One browser profile can be used as a virtual computer device.

Q2: What is a cloud phone profile?

A: A cloud phone is a real mobile device connected remotely, which can be used for managing accounts on e-commerce platforms, social media, and other Apps.

Q3: How can I import my platform account into Morelogin?

A: You are able to import the platform account by going to Edit Profile and selecting +New Profile. For detailed steps, please refer to the profile creation guide.


About the Package


Q1: What is the Number of startups?

A: For the free version, you can start the profiles up to 20 times daily. After payment, the number of startups is 500 times the number of profiles in your package.

Q2: What is a sub-account?

A: A "sub-account" refers to Morelogin's multi-user management feature, allowing multiple sub-accounts to share and use the package based on the number of members in your package.

Q3: How do I create a Morelogin account for my employees to log in and manage the data I imported?

A: As a super administrator, you can create a sub-account by inviting the members to your team on the Teams→ Invite Members page.

Note: New members need to verify their email and switch to your team in the top right corner to officially join.

Q4: What is the number of startups/creations?

A: The daily number of startups is 500 times the number of profiles in your package, and the daily number of creations is 50 times the number of profiles (including cloud phone "one-click new device" startups).


About the proxy


Q1: What is a proxy?

A: It refers to playing an intermediary role between the front-end machine and the server machine that uses the TCP/IP protocol to communicate so that the front-end machine in the intranet can access the server in the Internet network, or make the communication more secure.

Q2: What proxy protocols does Morelogin support?

A: Morelogin supports mainstream proxy (IPv4/IPv6) settings on the market, including Sock5/Http/Https/SSH proxy types. You need to purchase the proxy configuration yourself.

Q3: Does Morelogin provide proxies? Where can I buy them?

A: Morelogin supports proxy purchases in certain countries/regions. You can purchase proxies in the client under the "Purchase Proxy" section. If the option is not displayed, it means proxy purchases are not supported in your country/region. You can also purchase them through our Resource Center: [Click to Purchase].
