You can view the details of the order, balance details, subscription plans and other details need to be viewed here, you can also open a ticket here for team reimbursement use.
Order details
1. You can click “Billing” > “Order Details” in the left column to check the details of package orders, agent orders, and cloud handset operation fees.
2. View proxy order details: find the corresponding agent order. Then click “Details”, you can view the proxy order details (including: order status, order number, payment user, payment method, proxy order, creation time, proxy details and payment time) if you view the proxy order details see “platform proxy”.
3. View package details: Find the corresponding package order. Then click “Details” to view the package order details. (Including: order status, order number, payment user, payment method, proxy order, creation time, package details and payment time)
4. View cloud phone orders: find the cloud phone orders, and then click “Details” to view the cloud phone order details. (Including: order status, order number, paying user, payment method, creation time, running fee)
Running fee: View the details of all running fee incurred by the user between the current power-up and power-down.
5. order search: in the search box, enter the name of the search product and order number, you can accurately search for the corresponding order details
6. Order Filtering: You can filter orders by the following 5 dimensions, you can also click the upper right corner of the “reset” button to clear the filtering conditions to restore the default state
Date: the date the order was created
Type: All types, proxy orders, package orders, cloud phone orders.
Status: All status, Completed, Canceled, Pending payment.
Agreed Name: you can filter by product name
Cloud phone: can be based on the ID of the cloud phone
7. Order export: export the current order, and then view the order details
8. order details refresh: you can click refresh, for the current list page refresh.
Balance Details
1. You can click ‘Billing’ > ‘Balance Details’ in the left column to view the balance of the top-up, and the deduction details are shown in the figure below.
2. Balance Detail Search: Input the search item name, transaction type and transaction order number in the search box, you can accurately search the corresponding transaction details.
3. Balance Detail Filtering: You can filter orders by the following 4 dimensions, you can also click the upper right corner of the ‘reset’ button to clear the filtering conditions, to restore the default status
Date: the creation date of the order
Type: All types, Recharge, Expense and System.
Item: you can filter by product name
Cloud Phone: you can filter by the ID of the cloud phone.
4. export balance details: you can export balance details here, through excell analysis of financial indicators
5. Balance Details Refresh: You can click ‘Refresh’ to refresh for the current list page.
Subscription Plan
1. You can click ‘Billing’ > ‘Subscription Plan’ in the left column to view the balance of the top-up, the details of the deduction are shown in the figure below
2. View subscription details: Find the corresponding package order. Then click ‘Details’ to view the details of the subscription order. (including: subscription status, subscription plan ID, creation time, subscription user, subscription type, start time, billing cycle, next payment date, subscription goods)
3. Delete subscription plan: When the subscription is cancelled, you can click more to select ‘Delete’ subscription.
4. Subscription plan search: Enter the search subscription type in the search box, you can accurately search the corresponding transaction details.
5. Subscription Plan Filtering: You can filter subscription plans by 2 dimensions: subscription status and payment method, and you can also click the ‘Reset’ button in the upper right corner to clear the filtering conditions and restore the default status.
6. Subscription Plan Refresh: You can click ‘Refresh’ to refresh the current list page.
Invoicing
1. in the purchase of agents, packages and recharge balance, will automatically generate receipts, and then sent to the purchaser's mailbox and Boss mailbox.
2. Receipts for proxy orders and package orders can also be found in ‘Billing’ > ‘Order Details’ and then locate the order, click the three dots on the side of the details, and select ‘Download Receipt’.
3. Top-up order receipts in ‘Billing’ > ‘Balance Details’, find the corresponding top-up order, and then click ‘Download Receipt’.
