Operation Log Function Description

The operation log is a core management feature designed for Super Administrators in MoreLogin. It allows for a comprehensive view of all team members' activities within the software, providing dual support for daily management tasks by the Super Administrator:

  1. Efficient Team Management: Supports unified supervision of team members' actions, standardizing overall team operation processes.

  2. Troubleshooting Account Issues: Based on detailed operation records, account abnormalities can be traced back to their cause, enabling quick identification of problems and the determination of abnormal triggers.

Overall, the operation log provides reliable operation evidence for the Super Administrator's daily management and issue resolution, facilitating efficient management tasks.


Login Records


  1. View Path: Click on the "Operation Log" in the left navigation bar. After entering the page, select the "Login" log module to view the login records of all team members.

  2. Function Operation Description:

    • Time Range Filter: Allows filtering of login records based on a specified time range, enabling quick location of login data within a given period.

    • Username Filter: Provides a username filter function. Enter the target username to precisely search for all login records associated with that user, improving query efficiency.

    • Page Refresh: Click the refresh button to synchronize and update the current page's login records, fetching the latest team login data.

  3. Field Display Explanation:

    • Username: Displays the team member's account name performing the login operation, distinguishing the login records of different users.

    • Login Status: Displays the result of the login operation (such as success or failure), helping to troubleshoot login issues.

    • IP/Country: Displays the IP address and country/region associated with the login operation, aiding in tracing the login source.

    • Login Time: Displays the specific time of the login operation, accurately recording each login event's time.


Profile Access Records


  1. View Path: Click on the "Operation Log" in the left navigation bar. After entering the page, select the "Profile Access" log module to view all team members' profile access records.

  2. Function Operation Description:

    • Time Range Filter: Allows filtering of access records based on a specific time range, quickly locating team member data for a chosen period.

    • Type: Cloud phone and browser

    • Operation Filter: Provides a username filter. Enter the target username to precisely search for all access records associated with that user, improving query efficiency.

    • Page Refresh: Click the refresh button to synchronize and update the page's access records, retrieving the latest profile data.

  3. Field Display Explanation:

    • Type: Cloud phone and profile

    • Operation Item: Includes four core actions: power on, power off, start, and stop.

    • Operator: Displays the team member who performed the profile operation, distinguishing different members' action records.

    • Operation Status: Displays the result of the operation (success or failure), assisting with troubleshooting abnormal issues.

    • IP/Location: Displays the IP address and country/region associated with the operation, aiding in tracing the source of the action.

    • Operation Time: Accurately records the time of the profile operation, leaving a complete operation timeline.


Profile Management

  2. Function Operation Description:

    • Time Range Filter: Supports custom filtering for a specific time period, enabling quick location of the team’s profile operation data for a given period.

    • Type: You can filter records by cloud phone and browser profile operation, matching specific query scenarios.

    • Operation Filter: Allows for precise searching by entering a target username, efficiently querying all profile-related operations performed by that user.

    • Page Refresh: Click the refresh button to synchronize and update the page, retrieving the most recent profile operation data.

  3. Field Display Explanation:

    • Type: Displays the profile type of the operation, including cloud phone and browser profiles.

    • Operation: Displays specific profile-related operations, including create, delete, and modify.

    • Profile Name: Displays the name of the profile being operated on.

    • Operator: Displays the team member who performed the profile operation.

    • Operation Time: Accurately records the operation time, keeping a full log of the operation’s timeline.


Proxy Management


  1. View Path: Click on the "Operation Log" in the left navigation bar. After entering the page, select the "Proxy Management" log module to view all team members' proxy operation records.

  2. Function Operation Description:

    • Time Range Filter: Supports custom filtering for a specified time period, allowing you to quickly find the team’s proxy operation data for a given period.

    • Operation Filter: Provides a username filter to precisely search for all proxy-related operations performed by a target user, greatly improving query efficiency.

    • Page Refresh: Click the refresh button to synchronize and update the proxy operation data, ensuring the latest team data is retrieved.

  3. Field Display Explanation:

    • Operation: Displays specific proxy-related actions.

    • Proxy Name: Displays the associated proxy information.

    • Operator: Displays the team member who performed the proxy operation.

    • Operation Time: Accurately records the time of the proxy operation, keeping a complete operation timeline.
