Cloud Phone Introduction


Cloud phones are real mobile phones connected remotely and can be used for App account management on e-commerce platforms, social media and other platforms.

  • When the balance is <0.05$, the status of the cloud phone will be changed to " frozen ". After freezing, the cloud phone will be kept for 7 days, after 7 days, it will be deleted automatically, and the account information of the cloud phone will not be retrieved.

  • When the balance is <$5, the system will send a notification that the balance is insufficient and you need to arrange for further top-ups.

  • Top-up amount: not less than $5


Create a Cloud Phone


1. Creation Path: Click ‘New Profile’ and select ‘Cloud Phone Profile’ to create new profiles.

  • Number of creating Profiles: You can create up to 10 profiles.

  • Profile Grouping: You can group your profiles for easier management.

2. Proxy setting: Select "New Proxy" and fill in the proxy information, or choose "Use Existing Proxy," then click "Network detection" to verify.

💡 Note:

  • The cloud phone requires a usable HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 proxy to start, with SOCKS5 being recommended.

  • Local proxies such as 9225S, Pia S5, and ABCproxy are not supported.

3. Advanced settings: You can configure the time zone, language, and location. Or you can choose to match the IP address or customize the settings.

  • Time Zone: You can choose to match the IP or customize it (you can search for the time zone of the corresponding country in the search bar)

  • Language: You can choose to match the IP or customize it (you can search for the corresponding language in the search bar).

  • Location: You can choose to match the IP or customize it (you can search for the corresponding target address in the search bar).

4. Complete Creation: Click "Confirm" to complete the creation process, and the system will automatically return to the cloud phone list.


How to Use Cloud Phones


1. Activate the cloud phone:

Go to the cloud phone list page, click "Activate," and select the type of cloud phone to activate. Once activated, the cloud phone will start charging during usage, and charges will stop when it is turned off.

2. Start the Cloud Phone:

Click "Start" to begin using the cloud phone, and charging will begin at that moment. The operation is the same as using a regular Google phone.

3. Introduction to the features of the cloud phone: (Taking Model B as an example)

  • Rotate: you can choose to use it in landscape or portrait orientation

  • Screenshot: You can take a screenshot of the current page and keep it on your cloud phone.

  • Upload: You can upload files on your computer

  • Definition: You can choose the Definition of the cloud phone according to your needs

  • Restart: restart the cloud phone

  • Restore Factory Settings: After clicking it, the cloud phone restores factory settings and the information inside the cloud phone will be lost.

  • Shut off: You can click shut off in the cloud phone.

  • One-click new cloud phone: When you feel that your current cloud phone is not ideal enough, you can use the one-click new phone function to get a new cloud phone. (Note: The information in the cloud phone will be lost.)

💡Note: Restoring factory settings and one-click new phone will clear all the data in the cloud phone. Please operate with caution.

4. Download and install Apps on cloud phones

  • Method 1: Download in the application market, click on the lower right corner of the application market, search for the name of the App, and then click on ’install‘, the installation will be completed automatically, and then open the cloud phone to use.

  • Method 2: Find and open "Google Play" on the cloud phone. Then search for the app you want to install and click "Install." Once the installation is complete, you can use the app as normal.

💡Note: When downloading on Google Play, you must register a Google account in advance or log in to your Google account to download.

5. "Upload" files on your cloud phone.

  • On the right side of the cloud phone, click "Upload" - "Upload File." After uploading, you can view the progress at the bottom.

  • Click on the "delete button" to delete the uploaded files.

  • After uploading a local file, you can find it on your desktop by clicking on the screen and swiping up to 'Files/Downloads'

6. Cloud Phone Live Streaming Function

Camera Streaming:

Once the camera or microphone is turned on, the streaming function will start. It will stop when both are turned off. The system will automatically use your computer's camera for live streaming.

Unattended Live Streaming:

You can upload videos for unmanned live streaming, but the videos must meet the following requirements:

  • The size of each video must not be 0KB, should not exceed 2GB, and the total number of videos uploaded must not exceed 5.

  • The file format must be MP4, and the resolution must not exceed 1080P.

  • The file name must be fewer than 60 characters (including the file extension).

  • The file name must not contain single quotation marks.
