Cloud Phone Introduction


Cloud phones are real mobile phones connected remotely and can be used for App account management on e-commerce platforms, social media and other platforms.

  • When the balance is <0.05$, the status of the cloud phone will be changed to " frozen ". After freezing, the cloud phone will be kept for 7 days, after 7 days, it will be deleted automatically, and the account information of the cloud phone will not be retrieved.

  • When the balance is <$5, the system will send a notification that the balance is insufficient and you need to arrange for further top-ups.

  • Top-up amount: not less than $5


Create a Cloud Phone


1. Creation Path:

  • On the MoreLogin interface, click the "New Profile" button in the left-hand menu.

  • In the pop-up options, first select "Cloud Phone Profile", then click "Advanced Creation" to enter the advanced setup interface for cloud phones.

2. Proxy setting:

Two proxy configuration methods are supported. Choose the one that suits your needs and complete the detection:

  • Add New Proxy: Select the "New Proxy" option and fill in the required details such as IP, port, username, and password.

  • Use Existing Proxy: Select "Use Existing Proxy" and choose a saved proxy configuration from the dropdown list.

Once configured, click the "Network Detection" button. The system will automatically verify proxy connectivity to ensure proper network functionality for the cloud phone.

💡 Note:

  • The cloud phone requires a usable SOCKS5 proxy to start.

  • Local proxies such as 9225S, Pia S5, and ABCproxy are not supported.

3. Advanced settings:

Timezone settings support two configuration methods:

  • Auto-match by IP: The system will automatically match the appropriate timezone based on the cloud phone's IP address.

  • Manual selection: Enter a country or region name in the search bar to quickly find and select the desired timezone.

Language settings support two configuration methods:

  • Auto-match by IP: The system will automatically match the appropriate language based on the cloud phone's IP address.

  • Manual selection: Enter a language name (e.g., "English", "中文") in the search bar to quickly find and select the desired language.

Location settings support two configuration methods:

  • Auto-match by IP: The system will automatically determine the geographic location based on the cloud phone’s IP address.

  • Manual configuration: Enter specific latitude and longitude values to accurately set the desired location, offering more flexible and precise control.

4. Complete Creation: Click "Confirm" to complete the creation process, and the system will automatically return to the cloud phone list.


How to Use Cloud Phones


1. Activate the cloud phone:

Go to the cloud phone list page, click "Activate," and select the type of cloud phone to activate. Once activated, the cloud phone will start charging during usage, and charges will stop when it is turned off.

2. Start the Cloud Phone:

Click "Start" to begin using the cloud phone, and charging will begin at that moment. The operation is the same as using a regular Google phone.

3. Introduction to the features of the cloud phone:

  • Upload/ Download: You can upload files from your computer

  • QR code: Scan the QR code to open the cloud phone on your mobile phone

  • Volume: The volume buttons can be used to adjust the sound level

  • Batch operation: The batch operation button enables you to use the synchronizer to control multiple cloud phones simultaneously.

  • Clarity: You can choose the Definition of the cloud phone according to your needs

  • Restart: restart the cloud phone

  • Reset: After clicking it, the cloud phone restores factory settings, and the information inside the cloud phone will be lost.

  • Shut off: You can click shut off in the cloud phone.

  • One-click new phone: Switch to a brand-new cloud phone with one click. No complicated setup required.

4. Download and install Apps on cloud phones

  • Method 1: Download in the application market, click on the lower right corner of the application market, search for the name of the App, and then click on ’install‘, the installation will be completed automatically, and then open the cloud phone to use.

  • Method 2: Find and open "Google Play" on the cloud phone. Then search for the app you want to install and click "Install." Once the installation is complete, you can use the app as normal.

💡Note: When downloading on Google Play, you must register a Google account in advance or log in to your Google account to download.

5. "Upload" and "Download" files on the cloud phone.

  • Upload Files: Click "Upload & Download" on the right side of the cloud phone, then select "Upload File". The upload progress will be displayed below.

  • Delete Files: Click the blue-marked option to delete uploaded file records.

  • File Search: After uploading a local file, swipe up on the cloud phone screen to access Files/Downloads.

  • Download Files: Click "Upload & Download" on the right side of the cloud phone, then select "Download File to Local Computer". Locate the file's save path, then click "Download" to save it locally.

6. QR Code

  • Click the "QR Code" icon on the right side of the cloud phone interface to quickly open the scan interface.

  • Use your physical mobile phone to scan the QR code displayed on the screen. The scanning interface will be mirrored to your phone in real time.

  • Once the scan is confirmed on your phone, you can easily proceed with identity verification, live streaming, video recording, and more.

7. One-Click New Device

After clicking "One-Click New Device", the following changes will occur:

  • The current cloud phone will be reset and replaced with a brand-new model and configuration.

  • Upon confirmation, the system will automatically restart and erase all app and account data.
    ⚠️ Please note: All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.

Daily Team Limit:
Maximum daily executions = Number of cloud phones in your package × 50
(This includes both newly created devices and one-click new device actions)

8. Cloud Phone Live Streaming Function

Camera Streaming:

Once the camera or microphone is turned on, the streaming function will start. It will stop when both are turned off. The system will automatically use your computer's camera for live streaming.

Unattended Live Streaming:

You can upload videos for unmanned live streaming, but the videos must meet the following requirements:

  • The size of each video must not be 0KB, should not exceed 2GB, and the total number of videos uploaded must not exceed 5.

  • The file format must be MP4, and the resolution must not exceed 1080P.

  • The file name must be fewer than 60 characters (including the file extension).

  • The file name must not contain single quotation marks.
