1. Setting Center - Global Settings
1. Super administrator can enable double authentication (2FA) in “Global Settings”-“Account Security” and choose the authentication level according to the preference.
2. After activation, all team members who log in to the client and meet the authentication criteria need to be authenticated. After binding the authenticator, the login process can be authenticated by authenticator or email. If the authenticator is not bound, the login process can only be verified by email verification code.
2. Setting Center - My Account
1. Any team member can bind an authenticator in Settings Center - My Account. We recommend using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
2. How to use the authenticator?
Download Google Authenticator/Microsoft Authenticator or other authenticators from your phone.
Take Google Authenticator as an example. Click “Bind” in “My Account” - “Authenticator” in MoreLogin and you will see the QR code. Click the icon at the bottom right corner of Google Authenticator, select “Scan QR Code” and scan the QR code to complete the binding.
If you can't bind by QR code, you can click “Can't scan QR code” in MoreLogin to show the string. Click “Enter Setting Key” in the mobile authenticator, enter the account name (customized), key (string obtained from MoreLogin), and click “Add” to complete the binding.
After binding the authenticator, enter the dynamic verification code at the login stage to complete the login.
3. The following is the price list for subscribing to different number of profiles: 2 free accounts by default, no new additional accounts.
