Currently, bulk scheduling of video publishing is supported on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Video, Facebook Reel, and YouTube. Captions and other details can be customized, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
1. Usage Scenario
Publish multiple videos in bulk across multiple cloud phones and platforms, significantly improving the efficiency of multi-platform video posting.
Supports 4 major social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Video, Facebook Reel, and YouTube Shorts.
Customizable video Caption: Use “#” to add trending hashtags, and “@” to mention influencers to increase exposure and interaction.
TikTok supports adding product IDs to videos for enhanced e-commerce through short videos.
Allows scheduling of video posting time, with an option to wait during busy periods.
2. Operation Notes
Please ensure that the cloud phones for the accounts requiring tasks have logged into the corresponding apps.
Before starting tasks, ensure the cloud phones are powered off.
Supported model: Model X.
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube app languages must be set to English.
Supported app versions for each platform.

💡Note: The above conditions must be met to successfully publish videos. Please confirm everything before proceeding.
3. Operation Instructions
①Create Task:
First, go to "Automation" and click on "Create Task." Choose the platform(s) where you want to publish the task based on your needs, then click "Confirm."
Select the task type: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Video, Facebook Reel, or YouTube. You can select one or multiple platforms.
②Add Cloud Phone Profiles:
Go to the "Publish Task" page, click "Add Cloud Phone Profiles", select the cloud phone you want to publish and click "Confirm".
Filter: You can filter by the group of the cloud phone profiles to select the account environment.
Search: You can search for a cloud phone by entering its name.
Reset: You can reset the current state and reselect the options.
③TikTok Video Publishing Settings:
A single TikTok account on a cloud phone supports uploading multiple videos.
Supported video formats: MP4/MOV.
Video size limits: Up to 200MB and within 1080P resolution.
Video captions: Use “#” to add trending hashtags and “@” to mention relevant influencers, boosting visibility and engagement.
Shopping Card: Enter the product ID to add a product link to the video. If the account does not meet the requirements, the item will be automatically ignored. Each video can only be linked to one product ID. The process to obtain the product ID is as follows:
Set Publish Time: Define the scheduled publish time for the video.
Wait During Busy Times: When uploading multiple videos from the same cloud phone, tasks will automatically queue. Please allow at least 10 minutes of buffer time.
Close Task Type: Click the "X" button to close the current task type.
Content is Automatically Synchronized: When enabled, changes to "video files," "video captions," or "Wait During Busy Times" settings in one profile will automatically apply to other tasks within the same cloud phone profiles.
④Instagram Video Publishing Settings:
A single Instagram account on a cloud phone supports uploading multiple videos.

After completing all the required content for publication, click "Publish Task."
4. Automated Task Management
①"View" Task: Locate the corresponding task and click "View" to check the task's status.
Publishing: Click "View" to monitor the real-time execution process of automation. Manual intervention is not allowed; you can only view the status.
Published Successfully: You can click to view the report.
Publishing Failed: Click to view the report (check the failure reason), retry, manually publish, or mark it as published.
Cancelled Execution: View the report, re-execute, or manually publish.
②"Edit" Task: Locate the corresponding task, click the three dots next to "View," and select "Edit" to modify the task. (Tasks with a status of "Cancelled" or "Pending execution" can be edited.)
③Bulk Modify Publish Time: Locate the corresponding task, click the three dots next to "View," and select "Bulk Modify Publish Time." (Note: The task must have a status of "Cancelled" or "Pending execution" to modify the publish time.)
④Cancel Execution: Locate the corresponding task, click the three dots next to "View," and select "Cancel" to cancel the task's status.
⑤Delete Task: Locate the corresponding task, click the three dots next to "View," and select "Delete." After clicking "Confirm," the task will be deleted.
⑥Refresh Task List: Click the "Refresh" button in the top right corner to refresh the current list page.
⑦Search Task: Use the "Search" bar in the top right corner of the task list to search for task names and quickly locate tasks.
⑧Filter Tasks: Use the "Filter" option in the top right corner of the task list to filter tasks by status and quickly locate tasks.
