Cloud Phone Usage

This article provides a detailed overview of the three types of MoreLogin cloud phone resource packages (Duration Packages, Parallel Packages, and monthly cloud phones), including purchase rules, deduction logic, usage limits, gifting, renewal, and other operating guidelines. It helps users view and manage cloud phone usage in real time and plan resource use effectively.

I. Duration Packages

A Duration Package is a resource plan billed by the minute for cloud phones. After purchase, it can offset daily cloud phone usage time and supports both self-purchase and team gifting.

1.1 How to Purchase

Go to the Billing page, select a cloud phone Duration Package, choose the required specification, and complete the purchase. The package takes effect immediately after successful payment, and the corresponding benefits are automatically added to your account.

2. Usage-Time Deduction Priority

The system automatically deducts cloud phone usage time according to a fixed priority. The rules are as follows:

  • Deduction priority: When an account has both a Parallel Package and a Duration Package, the Parallel Package is used first. After its allowance is exhausted, the system automatically switches to the Duration Package. If there is no Parallel Package, the remaining Duration Package allowance is deducted directly.

  • Daily Usage Cap: Each Cloud Phone can consume up to 250 minutes from your Duration Package per day. Any usage beyond the daily limit will not be deducted from your Duration Package.

3. Gifting Duration Packages

You can gift your team’s Duration Package allowance to another MoreLogin team account. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the Billing page and locate Cloud Phone Usage – Duration Package.

  • Click Gift Duration Package.

  • Enter the recipient account (the email address registered with MoreLogin) and the amount of time to gift.

  • Complete verification-code security authentication, confirm the information, and submit to complete the gift.

II. Parallel Packages

A Parallel Package defines the number of cloud phone devices that an account can run simultaneously at no charge, effectively reducing the cost of operating multiple devices at the same time.

2.1 Purchase Entry

Sign in to MoreLogin, go to Billing, select a Parallel Package, and purchase the required concurrency allowance. It takes effect immediately after purchase.

2.2 Billing and Usage Rules

The core benefit of a Parallel Package is the number of devices that can run concurrently for free. Usage beyond the allowance is billed normally. The rules are:

  • Number of cloud phones running simultaneously ≤ Parallel Package allowance: All devices are free to use, with no additional charges.

  • Number of cloud phones running simultaneously > Parallel Package allowance: Devices within the allowance are free. Devices exceeding the allowance are billed according to the account’s existing Duration Package or actual usage-time rate.

Example: If you purchase a Parallel Package for 5 devices and start 8 cloud phones at the same time, 5 devices receive the free concurrency benefit. The remaining 3 devices are charged according to the Duration Package deduction rules or real-time billing rules.

III. Monthly Cloud Phones

A monthly cloud phone is a fixed device resource paid for on a monthly cycle. After purchase, it can be used for the entire month, supports self-service activation and renewal, and has a fixed monthly validity period.

3.1 Purchase and Activation Process

  • On the Cloud Phone Management page, create a monthly cloud phone and select the desired device model.

  • Click Activate to go to the payment page.

  • After payment is completed, the monthly cloud phone is purchased successfully, takes effect immediately, and can be used normally.

3.2 Renewal Process

  • Sign in to the dashboard and go to Billing from the left navigation bar.

  • Find the purchased monthly cloud phone and click Renew.

  • After payment, the renewal takes effect and the device validity period is automatically extended by the corresponding number of months.

IV. Viewing Usage

Users can go to Billing at any time to view all usage data in real time, including the remaining Duration Package allowance, today’s deducted usage, available concurrency allowance, monthly cloud phone validity periods, and consumption records, so they can stay informed about resource usage.
