Batch Operations


  1. Synchronizer

Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located on the edge of the screen), then navigate to Batch Operations > Synchronizer. This will directly open the Synchronizer control panel. For detailed usage instructions, please refer to:

2. Open URLs

Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located on the edge of the screen), then navigate to Batch Operations > Open URL. In the pop-up window, enter or paste the URLs you want to open (multi-line input supported for batch opening).
Click "Open" to instantly load the URLs across all currently active browser windows.

3. Tab Management

Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located on the edge of the screen), then go to Batch Operations > Tab Management. You can perform the following actions on all currently opened browser windows and apply them in one click:

  • Same Tabs: Sync all browser windows to match the tabs of the main control window, ensuring consistency across sessions.

  • Close Other Tabs: Keep only the active tab in each window, quickly removing unnecessary pages.

  • Close Current Tabs: Close the currently active tab in all windows simultaneously.

  • Close Blank Tabs: Automatically clear empty or unloaded tabs to free up memory resources.

4 Profile Management

Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located on the edge of the screen), then go to Batch Operations > Profile Management. In the pop-up window, you can manage the selected browser windows with the following options:

  • Bulk Notes: Add notes to all currently opened browser windows.

  • Bulk Grouping: Assign selected profiles to groups in bulk.

  • Bulk Tagging: Apply tags to selected profiles in bulk.
    (For details, see: [Batch Tag Settings])


Windows Management


1. Tile


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then go to "Layout" > "Tile". This feature evenly distributes all currently open browser windows across the screen, allowing for a proportional multi-window display that makes multitasking easier.

2. Overlapped


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Layout" > "Overlapped". This feature arranges all open browser windows in an overlapping manner: The currently active window appears on top, while the others are partially covered and displayed with visible title bars, allowing for quick switching and a layered view.

3. Custom


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Layout" > "Custom". In the pop-up window, you can customize the layout by adjusting:

  • Window Rows – Define how many rows the windows will be arranged in.

  • Allow exceeding– When enabled, some windows may extend beyond the screen.

The system will automatically arrange all currently opened browser windows based on your settings, giving you greater flexibility in managing your workspace.

4. External Monitor


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Layout" > "External Monitor". In the pop-up list, you can select the target monitor. The system will then arrange browser windows based on the selected display, making it easy to manage multi-monitor setups.

5. Unify Window Size


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Layout" > "Unify Window Size". Manually resize one of the browser windows and set it as the reference profile. All other windows will automatically sync to the same size in real time, ensuring a consistent layout for easier navigation and alignment.

6. Activate All Windows


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Layout" > "Activate All Windows". This feature allows you to instantly restore all minimized browser windows to the desktop with one click, saving time and making it easier to resume your workflow without manually restoring each window.

7. Minimize All Windows


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Window Management" > "Minimize All Windows". This feature allows you to instantly minimize all open browser windows, clearing them from the desktop for a cleaner workspace or quick task switching.

8. Close All Windows


Click the "FloatMenu" floating icon (usually located at the edge of the screen), then select: "Window Management" > "Close All Windows". This feature allows you to close all currently open browser windows at once, helping you quickly end all sessions and free up system resources.


FloatMenu Management


1. FloatMenu Display Settings


Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the MoreLogin client, then go to
Local Settings > FloatMenu Settings. Here you can enable or disable the FloatMenu floating panel, allowing you to control whether the menu is displayed on your screen.

Hover over the FloatMenu icon to configure display options:

  • Expand: Click to display the full FloatMenu.

  • Close only this time: Click to hide the FloatMenu for the current session. It will reappear only after fully exiting and restarting MoreLogin.

  • Close permanently: Click to permanently disable the FloatMenu. You’ll need to manually re-enable it in settings if needed.

2. Quick Access to Synchronizer


Hover over the FloatMenu icon on the screen to expand the full menu, then click "Synchronizer". This will instantly open the Synchronizer interface, enabling you to perform synchronized operations across multiple profiles efficiently.

3. Open MoreLogin


Hover over the FloatMenu icon on the screen to expand the full menu, then select "Open MoreLogin". The system will quickly launch the MoreLogin client and navigate to the browser management interface, allowing easy access to your profiles and account settings.

4. Fixed/ Unfixed


Hover over the FloatMenu icon on the screen, then click "Fixed/ Unfixed" in the expanded menu to toggle the icon’s lock status:

  • When fixed, The icon stays fixed in its current position, preventing accidental dragging.

  • When unfixed, you can freely drag the icon to any edge of the screen for flexible placement.

5. Hide


Hover over the FloatMenu icon, then click "Hide" in the expanded menu.
The icon will minimize into a small icon on the screen edge. To expand the menu again, simply click the small icon.
