To help users efficiently manage and use Credits, the following sections explain how to purchase Credits, view transaction details, and configure automatic purchases.

Users can purchase AI Credits as needed. The manual purchase process is simple and convenient. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Billing from the platform menu.

2. Locate the AI Credits section on the Billing page.

3. Click Purchase.

4. Select a suitable Credits package based on your needs and complete the payment as prompted. The corresponding AI Credits will then be added to your account.

The platform allows users to view all AI Credits usage and change records in real time, making it easier to reconcile accounts and manage Credits consumption. To view the details:

Go to Billing → AI Credits to view the complete AI Credits details, including all records of Credits received, Credits consumed by features, and remaining Credits, so you can clearly track Credits usage.

To prevent AI Hub tasks or Cloud Drive features from being interrupted due to insufficient Credits, the platform provides an automatic Credits purchase feature. Once enabled, Credits are replenished automatically to ensure uninterrupted use. Configure it as follows:

1. Click Settings in the upper-right corner of the page.

2. Go to Global Settings on the Settings page.

3. Locate AI Credits Purchase Settings.

4. Enable automatic purchase and set a custom Credits threshold.

5. After setup, when the account’s AI Credits fall below the preset threshold, the system automatically uses the account balance to purchase Credits. No manual action is required, helping prevent interruptions caused by insufficient Credits.
