MoreLogin's Teams feature allows you to add and manage multiple members to help run and manage your business. Group members can be assigned different roles based on your needs without the risk of compromising passwords. If you're a digital marketer and/or service provider whose responsibilities include handling multiple social media or e-commerce accounts for many clients, this can be very useful for your business.
I. Create User Group
Before adding members, first confirm the role each member belongs to. MoreLogin provides default roles with basic permissions configured. You can adjust individual feature permissions on the Permission Settings page according to your actual needs.

Enter Role Information
Role name (required): Use a clear, recognizable name, such as “Marketing Team” or “Operations Team,” so different permission groups can be identified quickly.
Description (required): Enter the role’s responsibilities and applicable personnel scope to make future management and identification easier.
Feature permissions (required): Select the feature permissions that should be available to this role.
⚠️ Important: All members assigned to the same role share the same permissions. Members cannot view or use features that are not selected.
II. Modify Role Permissions
To adjust permissions for an existing role, follow these steps:
Go to the Role Management list and select the target role.
Click the Permissions tab.
Select or clear the required feature permissions in the permissions list, then save the settings. The changes take effect immediately.
III. Invite Members
1. Click “Team” from the left navigation bar to enter the team section, and click “Invite Members” in the upper right corner of the interface.
2. Enter the Add Member page, fill in the mailbox, nickname, member role, authorization profile, click “Confirm”
Input mailbox: input the e-mail address of the member you want to invite.
Nickname: you can fill in the member's name or nickname.
Member Role: you can choose Administrator, Manager, Role.
Select authorization profile: you can authorize all profiles, group authorization and specified profile.
Note: The email must not contain any special characters. The Administrator role has all the permissions for the account. Two other roles will also be selected to assign different permissions.
3. Pay attention to the invitation confirmation information appearing in the upper right corner. If the invited members do not confirm the expiration of the invitation, you can continue to initiate the “invitation” in the member list.
4. you need to contact the members (by phone or message) and ask them to accept the invitation, the members into the mailbox to check the mail, click the invitation link
5. After entering the invitation link, click “Join Team” to invite members successfully.
6. After a new member logs into MoreLogin, The member needs to switch to your super administrator's team in the upper right corner before the member can use the profile authorized by the super administrator.
IV. View Members
1. On the member list page, click “View” member information.
V. Edit Members
1. Click the three dots next to “View” and then select “Edit Member”.
2. Enter the page of modifying members' information, you can modify members' nicknames and members' roles, and click “OK to modify” at the bottom of the page after you finish modifying.
VI. Authorize Profiles
1. Click the three dots next to “View” and select “Authorization browser profile”.
2. you can choose to authorize all profiles in this page, or specify the group of profiles/specified profiles, set the number of click “OK”, you can choose the way to authorize the profiles, see “Authorization Methods”.
VII. Disable Members
1. Click the three dots next to “View” and then select “Disable Member” to disable members from using team features.
VIII. Delete Members
Click the three dots next to View and then select Delete Member. After deletion, the member cannot be accessed to the team and is used when the employee leaves.
IX. Refresh
1. At the top of the member list page there is “Refresh”, you can view the status of each member in real time.
X. Search
1. At the top of the member list page, there is “Search”, you can search members by mailbox and nickname.
XI. Filter
1. At the top of the member list page, there is “All Status”, you can filter the corresponding member information according to the member's status.
XII. Bulk Set Member Status
1. After selecting multiple members, click the top option "Set member status" and you can choose to disable or enable members.
XIII. Bulk Delete Members
1. After you can multi-select members, click on the top option “Delete Members” where you can delete multiple members in bulk.
XIV. Available Parallel Package Quantity
Supports setting the number of parallel packs each member can use. You can allocate independent parallel pack quotas to each member, effectively avoiding uneven resource distribution caused by task execution.
